Shipping & Delivery Policy

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Better Batt's control once it leaves our facilities, Better Batt cannot be held liable for late deliveries. You should check directly with the delivery service prior to any inquiry to us. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery and help you to track any missing order.

Terms & Conditions:

• Order before 3 pm AEST/AEDT and we will dispatch your order the same day*
• Signature is required for all deliveries. If you waive the signature requirement during your checkout process Better Batt cannot be held liable for articles lost - in transit.
• If your delivery arrives late, and you no longer require the good(s)/product(s), you may contact us to arrange a return and refund of any good(s)/product(s) in accordance with our Return Policy.
• If your delivery goes missing you may contact us to arrange a replacement order sent at no additional cost provided it is within 14 days of shipment.**
• It is your responsibility to track your order online to ensure you are available at the estimated date and time of delivery.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may be required to collect your delivery at the relevant service centre including any costs of storage where relevant. It is your responsibility to obtain pickup information by tracking your order online or by phone and to pay any associated costs from the postal service.
• You are liable to pay any re-delivery fees as a result of not being available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.

Order two or more items to qualify for free delivery in the checkout. Offer available Australia wide on all products.

Lithium Batteries

Lithium batteries (including Lithium-Ion and Lithium-Polymer batteries) and devices containing lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods and prohibited for domestic and international air carriage. We only offer road transport for orders containing lithium batteries.
