Warranties are separate from your consumer guarantees. The consumer guarantees, which apply regardless of any warranties Better Batt sells or gives to you, apply for a reasonable time depending on the nature of the goods or services.

Below you can find the warranties for all good(s)/product(s) supplied by Better Batt:

400 Day Money Back Warranty

We want you to be totally happy with your Better Batt purchase, which is why we offer a 400-day money back warranty on all of our good(s)/product(s).

If things didn't go as expected or you had problems with your Better Batt purchase, you can contact us within 400-days of purchase to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. We'll even cover the cost of return-shipping back to us.

If you want a refund simply because you changed your mind, ordered the incorrect good(s)/product(s) or for any other reason outside of our control we will happily provide a refund or exchange less any delivery costs.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Contact us within 400 calendar days of placing your order requesting a replacement or refund and letting us know why.
  • In the case of any replacement Better Batt reserves the right to troubleshoot the issue before offering a replacement.
  • Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) instructions and pre-paid Australia Post eParcel return-shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your RMA approval.
  • We require you to return all good(s)/product(s) according to the RMA instructions within 30 calendar days of your RMA issue date.
  • You are responsible for ensuring we receive the good(s)/product(s) you are returning. We will not be held liable for good(s)/product(s) lost or damaged in transit.
  • Once your return is received it will be processed within 14 business days in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • If the good(s)/product(s) were faulty or otherwise unsuitable according to our Consumer Guarantee Policy, you will be refunded the full cost of all good(s)/product(s).
  • As part of our 400-day return policy, all returns need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 400 days of purchase.


Same Day Dispatch

Order before 2pm AEST/AEDT and we will dispatch your order the same day.

  • Only applicable to good(s)/product(s) advertised as "In stock and ready to ship!"
  • Only applicable to orders placed using Visa, MasterCard or AMEX payment methods.
  • Excludes weekends, state and federal public holidays.
  • Although we try to ensure availability and timing of your order at the time you place it, we are not always able to do so due to measures out of our control. If you order with us on the phone or online, you need to regularly check the status of your order online to ensure it is available, not delayed or whether the timing of shipment and delivery has been altered. Brand New Fresh Stock Warranty

Because all batteries deteriorate with age most of our batteries are sold within 4-8 weeks of manufacture so you can be sure you're receiving brand new, fresh stock.

We will not sell a battery at all past 24 months from the date of manufacture.



Fast Exchange/Instant Replacement Warranty

Sometimes you need an exchange or replacement fast. If your good(s)/product(s) needs to be returned and you don't have time to wait you may choose to have Better Batt authorise your credit card for immediate dispatch of your replacement order prior to receiving the returned good(s)/product(s). Please contact us to arrange a fast-tracked exchange or replacement and return and review our Return Policy terms for Instant Replacement or Exchange.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Contact us within 400 calendar days of purchase requesting a replacement with credit card authorisation for immediate dispatch. Approval is subject to the terms of our Warranties, Return Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • Once approved your credit card will be authorised at the time the RMA is issued for the cost of the replacement good(s)/product(s) plus delivery costs. Your card will be billed if we don't receive your returned good(s)/product(s) within 30 days of the issue date of the RMA.
  • Once your credit card is billed, you have an additional 15 days for us to receive the RMA good(s)/product(s) and issue a refund for the billed amount.
  • RMA instructions and pre-paid postage return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your replacement order and your payment authorization being received and approved.
  • All good(s)/product(s) must be sent according to the RMA instructions and received within 30 calendar days of RMA issue date.
  • You are responsible for ensuring we receive the good(s)/product(s) you are returning. We will not be held liable for good(s)/product(s) lost or damaged in transit.
  • Once your return is received it will be processed within 14 business days.
