Good price, but just didn't last very long
Bought a replacement battery. It lasted less than 3 years and now will not charge at all. Think I'll go with a proper Toshiba battery for a higher price that will (should) last much longer.

My wife and I are very pleased with the Laptop battery we purchased from your company. Our Toshiba is a few years old now and the battery was unable to hold a charge long enough to be used for more than a few minutes off the mains. I was aware that it could take a larger battery but didn't like my chances of getting locally without needing to be ordered in specially. I figured I'd skip the middle man and save time and money. I found the product I needed on your website quite easily using the list of compatible models I felt sure it would be trouble free. The equivalent battery from Toshiba Australia's website was going to cost $199, your price was $76.12 (all GST incl). That's only 38% of the manufacturers RRP. Unfortunately you didn't have one in stock but notified me immediately of the next expected shipment. It was a t my door in under 2 weeks. It came with instructions detailing how to charge and discharge to enable the laptop to better report the remaining charge using the on board chip in the battery. Now I have up to 3 1/2 hours of battery life when off the mains. Yippee. Thank you so much, I'll definitely recommend your business to anyone who will listen.

There is always that fear when buying from an online store for the first time. And to be honest Better Batt put up some pretty big claims on their website around guarantees, fast delivery, returns policy etc which makes you think this is too good to be true. Then you buy something from them and to be honest they are too good to be true. Quick response time, fast delivery, honouring their returns policy for any reason and damn good prices. This is the way all online stores should be run. Their personal service, feedback, communication, customer first mentality and care is better than any online store I have every dealt with.
