I am so happy. I received my battery within 2 days of ordering. I had tried to order through the computer company and my battery did not show up in their web site and when I phoned they just sent me back to the web site. Better Batt had a lovely lady pop up window that asked if I needed help. When I gave her the question she politely asked me to wait while she found out, and then came back with the details I needed and a link. All I had to do was click on the link and order. I had previously spent over 1 hour frustrated trying to order this battery and it was solved in a few minutes and then arrived with no fuss so quickly. A problem that I had struggled with - solved. I needed a new battery. Previously I had purchased one from Toshiba, for $200, and later returned it because it was a lower capacity than advertised. This time around I bought the BetterBatt battery. I was worried at the start whether I'd get a dud or not.
